You can request a full refund within 3 days for certain categories!
The return and exchange conditions of the products purchased through Premium Seller are subject to the following terms and procedures in accordance with the electronic sales contract with the final owner of the product.

Return Terms

  • The performance of the service has not started.
  • The product for which the return is requested can be resold to another consumer with the same quality and quantity.
  • The return request must be notified in writing to premiumseller.net by the final owner of the product within 3 calendar days following the purchase.
  • For the same product and/or other products belonging to the product group within the last 1 (one) year, the final owner of the product has not had a previously positive return request.
  • Premium Seller; Informs the customer about the cancellation and return processes of the products that cannot be delivered (registration, renewal, installation, etc.). Premium Seller will transfer the refund to the customer’s existing credit account in the system.
  • Of the customer; In the event that double payment is received from the credit card due to technical reasons, bank-related reasons or reasons originating from itself, the Customer must inform the Premium Seller Accounting unit in writing about the cancellation of the double withdrawal. Upon notification, necessary checks will be made by Premium Seller and if it is determined that there is a duplicate withdrawal, a refund will be made to the credit card from which the Customer made the payment.

Return Procedure

Premium Seller applies the following return procedures within 15 (fifteen) business days following the end consumer request, provided that the above-defined return conditions are met for the products that comply with the return request described above.

Submission of return request to premiumseller.net

Return requests, within 3 (seven) calendar days following the purchase;

  • The product / service subject to return
  • Reason for return (if any)
  • Requested return form (cash or shopping credit)

It is carried out by sending an e-mail to contact@premiumseller.net or creating a support request through the verified e-mail address of the user’s account, which contains the details of which the end consumer is using the product and/or service. Any return request made outside the relevant communication channel and without complying with the requirements in this article will not be processed.
Refund evaluation is at the discretion of Premium Seller. If inappropriate or abuse is detected, the return request will be denied!

 

Cancellation of return request

The final consumer has the right to withdraw from the return request until the return is made.
